Reservation rules
- In order to reserve a kitten, the Buyer makes a reserve payment in the amount of 50% to 100% of the total cost of the kitten and a Purchase and Sale Agreement is concluded between the Future Owner and the Breeder.
- The terms of payment for the kitten and the terms of its stay in the cattery are established by agreement of the parties and are specified in the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Staying of the kitten in the cattery above the agreed term is agreed separately, paid by the Future Owner additionally and is not included in the total cost of the kitten.
- Delivery and carrying is paid at the expense of the Buyer separately.
- In case of the buyer's refusal to buy a kitten or failure to come for the kitten, the fee is not refundable and is considered compensation for the kitten's maintenance and lost opportunities to sell it.
- Kittens are moved to a new home at 4-4.5 months of age and older, after passing all mandatory procedures: deworming, vaccination, revaccination, rabies vaccination and castration* (if the kitten is sold as a pet).
- Kittens sold without breeding rights will be neutered/sterilised before moving to a new home.
- With each kitten, the new owner receives a Purchase and Sale Agreement, a veterinary passport with deworming and vaccination records, instructions on kitten care, and a metric. Registration of pedigree for a kitten sold for neutering/sterilisation is agreed separately.
- The cattery reserves the right to refuse to sell a kitten to the Buyer without giving a reason. If a reserve has already been paid for the kitten, it will be returned to you in the same amount.
